3 Simple Steps

1. Guided Online Tool

Using our online tool, you can easily explain what you would like the Lasting Powers of Attorney to cover.

Fill in as much as you can, you will get the chance to talk it over with your assigned Solicitor.

2. Meet Your Solicitor

You will be assigned an Expert Solicitor who will make sure you understand everything, and give you time to ask any questions that you may have.

You have the choice of a phone call or Zoom Meeting.

3. Sign Your Documents

The Solicitor will then draft your documents and send them to you to be signed.

We then take over and do all of the registration work with the Office of Public Guardians
